THE ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATION FACTORAND CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS FACTORON THE EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE

ABSTRACT
Employee performance is the work that can be achieved by an employee in accordance with the authority and responsibility in order to achieve organizational goals legally, morally and ethically, so this research aim to know what factor that influencing the employee performance. Communication and Critical thinking skill, both of these factors affect the performance of employees partially or together. This study examines the influence of communication and critical thinking skills as a variable to employee performance, using a 30 question questionnaire to 85 employees with descriptive and narrative analysis, supported by the observation of ongoing events. The findings of this study indicate that communication has a strong influence on employee performance (Rho = 0.811) and the ability to think critically gives weak influence on employee performance (Rho = 0.222). Communication and critical thinking skills givesstrong influence on employee performance (Rho = 0.812).
