ANALYZING CAUSE FACTOR OF UNDERACHIEVER STUDENTS

Abstract
ABSTRACT
The low of the students' potential (intelligence) does not provide guaranty that the student can utilize it optimally, in the psychology, the condition known as underacheiver. Like other children who experience difficulties, children underacheiver also have the causes that can be said learning disorder that causes their learning achievement is less. The purpose of this study is to know the factors that cause Underachiever in the students of class IX SMP MuhammadiyahGadingrejoin academic year 2016/2017. This research is descriptive. The research sample is eight students who identified having underachiever symptoms. The analysis results obtained the factors that cause underachiever students is the family factor and home environment and self individual factor is a factor in the high category. While for school environment factor in medium category and the cause factor from teacher is in low category.
