MENGUNGKAP KUALITAS PRODUKTIVITAS PENDUDUK INDONESIA: ERA PEMERINTAHAN JOKOWI

Abstract


Satu diantara referensi yang dijadikan prioritas dalam keberhasilan sebuah Bangsa adalah pembangunan manusia. Secara implisit, pembangunan manusia menyiratkan komitmen Negara dalam mewujudkan produktivitas penduduk yang berkualitas. Dari dinamika yang ada, mengundang kajian ini untuk menganalisis kausalitas antara pembentukan modal bruto (PMB), inovasi (Ivs), konsumsi rumah tangga (KRT), dan kebahagiaan (Khn) terhadap pembangunan manusia (PM). Prioritas kajian ditargetkan untuk menyelidiki kaitan antara PM, Ivs, KRT, dan Khn terhadap PM. Objektivitas kajian adalah studi kasus di Indonesia sepanjang era Presiden Jokowi (2014–2022). Secara teknis, metode dikontekstualisasikan kedalam instrument regresi. Menggunakan regresi berganda time–series, ditemukan bahwa semakin PMB dan inovasi ditingkatkan, dapat berdampak positif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Akan tetapi, itu tidak terjadi untuk hubungan antara KRT dan kebahagiaan yang justru membawa efek negatif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Implikasi masa depan menawarkan pengalaman yang berharga dalam perencanaan pembangunan manusia yang lebih faktual.
