PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP

KINERJA GURUSMA NEGERI 1 KALIREJO

Penelitian ini permasalahan yang diteliti adalah bagaimana disiplin dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Kalirejo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dan memberikan manfaat sebagai referensi bagi mahasiswa jurusan manajemen umumnya dan menambah khasanah ilmu pengetahuan tentang manajemen terutama disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja.  Hipotesis yang dirumuskan adalah pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 53 responden. Metode pengambilan data meliputi teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dibantu alat ststistik SPSS untuk perhitungan validitas, reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier dan uji hipotesis.

Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan konstribusi sebesar 26,0%, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan konstribusi sebesar 20,0%. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama disiplin dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan konstribusi sebesar 44,8%, sisanya 66,2 % lagi dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

In this study, the problem under study is how discipline and work motivation affect the performance of teachers in senior high school state 1 Kalirejo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on teacher performance. And can provide benefits as a reference for students majoring in management in general and add to their knowledge of management, especially work discipline and work motivation. The hypothesis formulated is the effect of discipline and work motivation on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously.

The sample used in this study amounted to 53 respondents. Data collection methods include observation techniques, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS statistical tools to calculate validity, reliability, coefficient of determination, linear regression and hypothesis testing.

The partial results of hypothesis testing show that discipline affects teacher performance with a contribution of 26.0%, work motivation affects teacher performance with a contribution of 20.0%. Simultaneous testing shows that together discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 44.8%, the remaining 66.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
